We are not responsible for any leftover belongings, please double-check and make sure you don't leave anything behind.
Unreturn key card after check-out will result in extra penalty charge of $100 per card.
Additional Prices
Cleaning fee : $40 (payable upon booking)
Security deposit : $100 (refundable upon check-out)
Any damages found upon check-out which is more than the security deposit amount, guest will be liable for the damages
Strict Cancellation Policy
Payment for bookings is non-refundable.
Strictly no cancellation of confirm booking dates below 1 week. If cancellation done before 1 weeks check-in dates, there will be no refund.
Strictly no refund after booking.
Security deposit will be collected
upon Check-in.
